Powder Coating
Surface finishing is a broad range of industrial processes that adds to, removes, or alters the surface to achieve a certain property. However, powder coating is a free-flowing, dry powder applied to material surfaces to create a strong durable bond. Unlike conventional liquid paint, delivered via an evaporating solvent, powder coating creates a bond electrostatically and then cured by heat.
Our Powder Coating facilities allow us to meet Class A finishing standards in stock or custom colors from any manufacturer in smooth or textured finishes. Additionally, we have an extensive network of partners, which gives us a variety of finishing methods, from powder coating, liquid paint, chromating and/or anodizing to match whatever your finishing needs may be.
We believe strong relationships build great businesses. Therefore, each customer is assigned an experienced account manager to give a personal touch managing your project through our shop. This completes our single-point-of-contact philosophy and our goal of making things as simple as possible for you.

Silkscreen printing is a technique where ink transfers onto a substrate via a (silk) mesh. The mesh is a stencil that blocks the ink from transferring in certain areas. A squeegee moves across the screen to fill the open mesh with ink and a reverse stroke causes the screen to touch the substrate transferring the ink.
